Over the two half-days, this course will work through all six ‘badges’ of Apple Teacher, enabling the attendee to gain their Apple teacher recognition by the end of the second workshop.
Getting Started with GarageBand
This event is for Primary School Music Leads who are interested in making use of GarageBand as part of their music curriculum but aren't sure where to start. We'll cover basic functionalities of GarageBand, common mistakes that can be made and how to avoid them, and also some basic ideas for how you can use GarageBand in the classroom.
Accessibility tools for iPad
In this webinar, we will guide you through a range of accessibility tools and common settings available on iPad to support SEND students
Using GarageBand as a composition tool in the classroom

We will guide you through the main features and key uses of iPad in education to get you started quicky, so you can use it in lessons. You can follow along with your own iPad and try things yourself.
We will also outline the free Apple Teacher programme and show you how to get started earning your badges.

We will cover how to start a new project, add some instruments and the basic functionality of this Digital Audio Workstation (DAW). We will also cover some ideas for initial lessons/schemes of work that you can cover with this app, and a chance to ask some questions to help you troubleshoot.

An interactive workshop looking at how to develop and introduce AI into schools (predominantly with iPad and online free tools).

It's the start of a new academic year and you've been given a shiny new iPad and you're not sure how to use in the classroom!
This Apple RTC session will be interactive and hands-on and will look at a vast range of functions that will make your life easier and allow you to take the necessary steps to embed the use of EdTech in your classroom!
Our 'Out of the Box' session will focus on all the apps that appear on your iPad and you can use straight out of the 'box'!
